Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Design/Development:

  • For only website design/development: 2-3 weeks! Brand design & website design/ development: 6 weeks! We begin on a Monday and your project will be completed on the Thursday of the last week.

  • It’s very important to make sure you have completed and submitted your content to me the Monday before the start of your project (1 week prior). Any delay in receiving content will disrupt the project timeline and I’m sure you want to stay on schedule.

  • You will need to have the following completed before your project start date:

    All Client Homework;

    Pinterest Inspiration Board;

    Your Business Name

  • No. At this time I don’t offer copywriting services.

  • No. If any of these are needed or desired, then we will discuss the costs. I will keep you informed, so you are not surprised.

  • To be fair to you, and every other client in the design/development calendar, I stick firmly to my design schedule. All my clients would be upset if I pushed back their project date because a client earlier in the schedule wasn’t ready.

    If you’re worried you won’t be able to meet the content deadlines, send me an email at hello@noirmoonstudio.com and I will let you know the next available date in my design calendar.

    Please Note: 6 business days or later after booking, there are financial repercussions to changing your design date. Your 33% retainer fee holds your place in the design calendar and that spot is no longer available to be booked by anyone else. If you change your design date within 5 business days of booking, your retainer fee will be used to hold your new date in the design calendar.

  • If you have a template you love, I’m more than happy to use the one you’ve chosen! If you’re unsure and want an expert opinion (this is most people), I’ll let you know my thoughts on which template has the functionality you are looking for, and will enable us to most closely recreate a similar look to your inspiration websites.

  • Which plan depends a bit on what features and functionality your website will have. I’ll help you pick the best plan for you when we get on our launch call on the final day of the project.

Pricing:

  • Yes! Project price will be split into 3 payments.

    33% is due at booking to secure your spot in my design/development calendar (non-refundable).

    33% is due on/by the project start date (Always on a Monday.)

    34% is due two (2) days before the project end date.

  • No. The retainer fee is non-refundable as it reserves your time in my calendar.

General:

  • Typically projects are booked at least 4 weeks in advance, so book a consultation ASAP to get on my project calendar.

  • First, you will book a free 30-minute discovery call here. 

    If we decide to move forward, then I will send you a proposal, contract, and invoice. Once the retainer fee (deposit) is received, you will reserve your spot on my design/development calendar!

  • Yes! I can work with clients who are based in other time zones.

  • Please allow 2-3 (non-holiday) business days (within Monday-Thursday) to receive a response. I do not check emails from Friday-Sunday.
